You’re a rockstar marketeer. The Marketing Manager at Bolt Mobility will build and drive the marketing organization with various responsibilities including branding, marketing strategy development, content creation, merchandising, lead generation and managing marketing events. You’ll get to be part of a high- pace, high- energy and highly innovative team, and you’ll be essential in driving our mission forward.

The Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Sales & Marketing and will be mainly responsible for setting up and the execution of Bolt’s marketing and PR strategy.
Designing and executing a phenomenal customer experience across all on- and offline channels
Blueprint and develop the marketing strategy for Bolt and upcoming products
Help prepare and organise our worldwide product launch(es) at major events
Develop marketing materials and campaigns that drive lead generation and sales conversion
Help create, review and maintain exciting content for social media, newsletters, blog posts, etc.
Evaluate, track & improve the success of programs and campaigns
Effectively deliver results of marketing objectives within the designated and agreed budget
Utilise and grow your extensive (worldwide) PR network to get Bolt exposure on major international websites and blogs. Execute PR activities to ensure top tier media exposure with great clippings
Plan and execute marketing activities with the right tone of voice, brand identity, brand values and the building of our story
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent exceptional business experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, both on- and offline
Able to work in a high-growth startup and fast paced environment operating in a global market
Able to effectively handle various parallel demands with different priorities and still excel at delivering world-class quality content under pressure and maintaining the right sense of urgency
Experienced in building a brand, developing a marketing strategy, launching new products, customer acquisition and retention
You can create and execute a realistic marketing and PR plan
You understand how to over deliver on customers’ expectations at every touchpoint while building a coherent overarching brand story that resonates with our audience
A creative with a great sense of what resonates with our audience, but at the same time a hard target driven planner and executor that knows how to manage (global) marketing projects & campaigns and can set & achieve on target
You love targets and are driven to overachieve them. You’re able to handle tight deadlines with limited resources, are intimately familiar with marketing & sales metrics and know how to monitor, attribute and find ways to improve the effectivity of our marketing spending
You have a hands-on mentality, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty to, for example, write copy, tweak ads or call and meet with reporters to ensure great news coverage
You love to learn and are eager to implement feedback to further hone and improve your craft through self-study and keeping on top of the latest tricks of the trade. You are well-known with the latest best practices, tools, platforms and marketing activities & tactics, both off- and online
You know when, how and why to utilise which combination of on- and offline marketing & PR activities such as SEO, SEA, blogging, influencer marketing, reseller programs, referral programs, social media marketing, user generated content, email campaigns and drip emails to most effectively drive lead generation and build our brand
You have experience using, monitoring and improving Facebook ads and/or Google adwords and/or LinkedIn ads
You have an extensive and active network in the PR scene (i.e. you know decision-makers, journalists, editors etc. from major and relevant media)
Experience in managing traditional- and new media creative agencies
Fluent in English, proactive, well organized and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Affinity with (electric) vehicles and/or scooters and/or sustainability
Experienced in using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
Experience with marketing automation and setting up drip email campaigns
Knowledge of web design, visual content creation
Experienced in managing various external marketing agencies
Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft creative suites
Work experience at a tech-startup

To deliver a high quality product at an affordable price, we are actually building our own large scale fully automated production line with the capacity for up to 100.000 scooters per year, here in the Netherlands.
