Job description

- Facilitate a happy and efficient working environment
- Manage meetings, agendas and office events
- Manage office supplies
- Taking phone calls, general emails and postal mail and routing to appropriate person
- Perform financial administration tasks

Requirements

Required Qualifications

- 3-6 years of experience in office management
- Well-organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
- Strong Dutch & English written and verbal communication skills (fluent)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong social skills
